VANSTAR took second place in the "Employer Organizing Safe Work" competition in the category of medium-sized enterprises. The competition was organized by the District Labor Inspectorate in Kielce. The awards ceremony took place on December 10, 2015, at the concert hall of the Świętokrzyskie Philharmonic in Kielce.

Enterprises were divided into three categories: small, medium, and large - depending on the number of employees. Workplaces were assessed based on the following criteria:
- Compliance with legal regulations on labor protection,
- Compliance with health and safety regulations and principles,
- Lack of workplace accidents (fatal, serious, collective),
- Systematic activity for the protection of labor.

This award demonstrates VANSTAR's significant commitment to maintaining the highest quality of offered products while adhering to the strictest work standards.
